• Raced to All-American Rivers Conference honors after finishing 10th at the league championships
• One of three Simpson runners to tally all-conference accolades, most since 1988
• Clocked a time of 26:22.8 to trim 99 placings off of last season's conference championship performance
• Finished second on the team in all five meets he raced in
• Tallied a career-best time of 25:31.0 in an 8K at the Coe Triangular

• Appeared in three varsity meets
• Ran a season-best 8K time of 29:18.7 at the Bradley Intercollegiate Invitational

2018 | Sophomore

• Competed in five varsity meets
• Ran a season-best 8K time of 28:36.9 to place 14th on the team and 157th overall at the Dan Huston Invitational (9/29)

2017 | Freshman

• Competed in five varsity meets
• Ran a season-best 8K time of 28:39.68 to place 12th on the team and 223rd overall at the Drews/Neuebauer Invite (10/14)
• Finished 15th on the team and 104th overall at the IIAC Championship (10/28)

High School

• A 2017 graduate of Indianola High School
• Coached by Kevin Barnes, Matt Oliver, and Kevin Barnes
• Named an all-conference athlete in cross country and team state qualifier as a junior
• Earned all-conference, all-district and individual state qualifier for state as a senior
