• Earned his first all-conference honor with a second-place finish in the indoor 5000 meters at the A-R-C Indoor Championships in a time of 14:53.10
• Set his career-best in the indoor 5000 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic with a time of 14:45.70
• Part of the distance medley relay team that won at the Grinnell Invite in a time of 10:51.85
• Finished in second in the outdoor 1500 meters at the Central-Simpson Dual in a career-best 4:00.19

• Opened his season by winning the indoor 3000 meters at the A-R-C Triangular in a time of 8:50.54
• Ran a season best 4:03.40 in the outdoor 1500 meters at the Dr. Tucker Open

• Ran a season-best 4:37.43 in the mile at the A-R-C Indoor Championships
