2022 | fifth-year

• Part of the distance medley relay team that set a school record with a time of 10:08.63 at the A-R-C Indoor Championships, earning all-conference honors with a third-place finish
• Ran a career-best 4:17.79 in the indoor mile at the Wartburg Qualifier, the third-fastest time in school history
• Clocked a career-best 8:35.62 in the indoor 3000 meters at the SDSU Indoor Classic, the third-fastest in school history

2021 | senior

• Received his first all-conference honor after running the second-fastest time in school history (9:22.84) in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships
• Set a career-best in the outdoor 1500 meters with a time of 4:00.57 at the Dr. Tucker Open
• Took home first place honors in the outdoor 1500 at the Central-NWU-Simpson Tri Meet, running a time of 4:01.56

2020 | junior

• Part of the distance medley relay team that ran a 11:08.78 to finish second at the Darren Young Invite
• Set a season-best in the mile with a time of 4:32.65 at the Wartburg College Select

2019 | sophomore

• Set a career-best in the 1000 meters with a time of 2:42.96 and then finished third in the mile with a 4:30.37 at the Prairie Wolf Invite
• Took third at the 3000 meter steeplechase in a time of 10:02.30 at the Central Dutch Invitational

2018 | freshman

• Ran a career-best in the indoor 800 meters at the Wartburg Indoor Select, clocking a time of 2:00.64
• Finished third at the Central-NWU-Simpson Triangular in the 3000 meter steeplechase in a time of 10:16.63
