Simpson finishes 13th in Central Fall Classic
IOWA CITY, Iowa -- The Simpson College men's golf team wrapped up the two-day Central Fall Classic with a team score of 746 to finish 13th.
Sophomore Isaac Roe carded a two-day sum of 179 to pace the men. He shot an 87 on the first day to highlight the event. Senior Lucas Hemphill was second for the Storm with a 185 and freshman Nick Campbell was close by with a 187.
Sophomore Brendan Bayeur trimmed 13 strokes off his first day performance to fire a 91 on the second day for Simpson. Junior Carson Crile rounded out the golfers for the Storm.

The men end their fall in the Grand View Invitational on Oct. 18-19. Action will take place at Otter Creek Golf Course in Ankeny.
