2010 Outdoor: Earned varsity letter ... earned All-American honors in the 1500 meters and finished second at the national meet with a school-record time of 4:27.23 ... her performance was the best by a Simpson runner at nationals since 1993 ... won IIAC titles in 800 meters and 1500 meters.

2009-10 Indoor Track: Qualified provisionally in the mile run ... competed in 800 meters at national meet (2:15.20) ... won mile three times and 800 meters four times ... won IIAC Championships in 800m and mile run.

2009 (Junior) Cross Country: Earned varsity letter ... qualified for NCAA National Championships and placed 46th (23:04.5) ... became first Simpson cross country runner to qualify for the national meet since 1991 ... earned all-region honors for second time with an 11th place finish at regional meet (22:27.0) ... earned all-conference honors with second-place finish at IIAC Championships (22:59) ... turned in Simpson's highest conference finish since 2005.

2009 Outdoor: Earned varsity letter ... earned All-American honors in 1500 meters, placing fifth with a season-best time of 4:30.90 at NCAA Championships ... qualified for national meet in 800 meters ... earned all-conference honors by placing second in both 800 and 1500 meters at IIAC Championships ... ran season-best time of 2:12.49 in 800m, the second-fastest time in school history ... set a meet record at the Dick Young Classic in 1500m (4:41.54) ... earned medalist honors six times during the season, winning the 800 and 1500 three times each.

2008 Outdoor: Earned varsity letter ... helped set school record in the mile relay (4:09.71) at the Drake Relays.

2007-08 Indoor Track: Earned All-American honors in 800 meters after placing fifth at NCAA Championships ... won the mile run at the IIAC Championships ... part of 4x800m relay team that won Iowa Conference indoor title ... broke school record in 800 meters (2:15.05).

2007 (Freshman) Cross Country: Earned varsity letter ... earned All-Region honors by finishing 16th and running the second-fastest 6K in school history (23:04) ... earned all-conference honors by placing 10th at the Iowa Conference Championships ... placed 27th (in field of 567) at the Minnesota Griak Invitational.
