2009 (Junior): Finished 147th at the Dan Hutson Invitational with a time of 28:27.

2008-09 Swimming: Won 200 Free at Iowa Central meet on Dec. 12 (2:58.36) ... season-best time of 2:28.62 in 200 Free at Liberal Arts meet (Feb. 13).

2008 (Sophomore): Finished with a season-best time of 27:35 at the IIAC Championships.

2008 Track: Ran primarily during indoor season ... placed 21st in the 400m at Iowa Conference Indoor Championships.

2007 (Freshman): Posted season-best 6K time at the Augustana Invitational (28:30).

High School: A 2007 graduate of BCLUW High School ... coached by Donna Fiscus ... a four-year letterwinner ... qualified for the state track meet as a sophomore and junior ... earned All-Conference honors in track twice.
