2022 | senior

• Ran a career-best time of 3:25.54 in the indoor 1000 meters at the Dutch Athletics Classic, placing third
• Ran the third-fastest indoor mile of the season for the Storm, clocking a time of 5:48.47
• Recorded a career-best time in the outdoor 800 meters, running a 2:28.78 at the Dr. Tucker Open

2021 | junior

• Turned in top-three times for the Storm in the indoor mile (5:49.39) and the 3000 meters (11:37.38), with the latter being a career-best
• In the outdoor season, ran career-bests in the 1500 meters (5:10.25) and the 3000 meters (11:47.54)
• Part of the 4x800 outdoor relay team that set a season-best at the A-R-C Championships

2020 | sophomore

• Ran a career-best 5:47.48 at the Spartan Invitational in the indoor mile
• Part of the 4x800 relay team that set a season-best at the A-R-C Championships

• Ran a career-best 1:52.78 in the indoor 600 meters at the Dubuque Invitational
• Part of the 4x800 relay team that ran a 4:23.20

• A 2018 graduate of Mount Vernon High School
