2022 | senior

• Ran a season-best 12:24.63 in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Kip Janvrin Open
• Clocked a career-best 11:57.37 in the outdoor 3000 meters at the Central Dutch Invitational

2021 | junior

• Competed in the indoor 3000 meters, running a 12:03.92 at the BVU Triangular

2020 | sophomore

• Set a career-best in the indoor 5000 meters with a time of 20:20.28 at the Darren Young Classic
• Also ran a career-best in the indoor mile, clocking a time of 5:58.23 at the Dutch Classic

2019 | freshman

• Ran a career-best in the indoor 3000 meters with a time of 11:26.58 at the A-R-C Championships
• Won the 3000 meter steeplechase in a time of 12:35.11 at the Central/Nebraska Wesleyan Triangular
