2022 | senior

• Ran a career-best in the indoor 3000 meters in a time of 11:36.93 at the Bearcat Invite
• Recorded a career-best time in the 3000 meter steeplechase in 12:13.57 at the Kip Janvrin Open

2021 | junior

• Ran collegiate bests in the outdoor 800 meters (2:36.72), 1500 meters (5:08.16), and 5000 meters (19:31.54)
• Won the indoor 3000 meters in 11:41.22 at the Dubuque Triangular
• Ran a then-career best in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Wartburg Outdoor Select in 12:20.63
• Also clocked career-bests in the indoor mile (5:53.01) and indoor 5000 meters (19:48.68)

2020 | sophomore

• Recorded a career-best time in the indoor 800 meters (2:35.26) at the Spartan Invitational
• Broke six minutes in the indoor mile at the Wartburg Select in a time of 5:59.05

2019 | freshman

• Started her career for the Storm as a hurdler, making her debut at the Grand View Invitational in the 400 meter hurdles, recording a time of 1:15.36
• Ran her career-best the following meet at the Central Invitational in a time of 1:14.22

High School

• A 2018 graduate of Roosevelt High School
• Coached by Scott Schoneberg, David Roney, Bri Berryhill, Patrick Lewis, Cortez Nichols, and Kim Carson
• Academic achievement awarded all four years, a qualifier for Griak Invitational cross country meet, team first place districts meet cross country as well as placing 8th overall at state meet
• Conference champion in 400m hurdles, 4x4m Drake Relay's alternate
• Awarded varsity letters in cheer, cross country, and track
• A member of the National Honors Society

• Parents are Steve and Alyce Hall
• Has one brother, Evan
• Majoring in health and exercise science with minors in psychology and chemistry
• Also a member of the Storm cross country team
