Honors & Awards

• Letterwinner (2022)

2022 | freshman

• Took first place in the indoor 800 meters at the Grinnell Invitational, running a 2:28.94, the fastest by a Storm runner that year
• Also part of the indoor distance medley relay team that claimed first at Grinnell, running a 13:53.20
• Was the fastest Storm runner over the indoor mile, running a 5:31.09 at the Prairie Wolf Invitational
• Won the indoor mile at the Dutch Athletics Classic in a time of 5:43.43

High School

• A 2021 graduate of Dallas Center-Grimes High School
• Named first team all-state as a senior and sophomore, second team as a freshman
• Landed on the All-State Tournament Team as senior
• Earned first team all-conference and all-district as a freshman, sophomore and senior
• Member of the cross country team that finished as a runner-up twice at the state meet
• Graduate with honors

• Daughter of Sean and Jody Angus
• Has two siblings, Abbey and A.J.
• Majoring in date science with minors in coaching and health and exercise science
• Also a member of the Storm cross country team
