2014 | junior
Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA Division III National Championships in the 100h, running a wind-aided 14.43 at the UW-La Crosse NCAA Qualifier to make the field ... placed 20th at nationals (14.64) ... earned all-IIAC honors by placing second in the 100h at the IIAC Championships ... also placed fourth in the long jump (16-7 1/4) ... posted four wins in the 100h during the season. ...  Indoor: Competed in eight meets...garnered six top-5 finishes in the 55/60-meter hurdles...won back-to-back meets in the 60H at the 2014 Hilltop Invite (2/1) and the Grinnell College Indoor Invitational (2/8)...also won the Hilltop Invite 4x200 as well...scored in every event (long jump, 55H, 4X200-meter relay, and 4x400 relay) for the third straight season at the Iowa Conference Championships (2/28-3/1)...set a career indoor best (8.97 seconds) in the 60H at the UW-Platteville Final Qualifying Meet (3/7)...recorded top-5 finish in first ever DMR indoors.

2013 | sophomore
Indoor: Competed in eight meets ...earned five top-5 finishes in the 55/60-meter hurdles...won the Dutch Athletics Classic in the 55H (1/26)...finished third in the 55H at the Iowa Conference Championships (2/23-2/24)...scored in every event she participated in (55H, long jump, 4x200-meter relay, 4x400 relay) and set long jump personal record of 4.99 meters at the Championships...season best time of 8.98 seconds inf the 60H at the Iowa State Qualifier (3/2)...Outdoor: Competed in eleven meets...placed top-5 in the 100-meter hurdles six times...won the Cornell College Invitational (4/6) and the Monmouth Fighting Scots Invitational (5/4)...set a career-best in the 100H at UW-La Crosse NCAA Qualifier (5/17) in 14.72 seconds...once again scored in every event (100H, long jump, 4x400-meter relay, 4x100 relay) and placed third in the 100H at the Iowa Conference Championships (5/9-5/11)...ran the 4x400 and 4x100 relays at the Drake Relays (4/24-4/27)...also threw the javelin four times.

2012 | freshman
Indoor: Competed in six meets...as a hurdle specialist she won the 55/60-meter hurdles three times with a third place finish at the Iowa Conference Championships (2/24-2/25)...she also posted a season-best time at the Championships of 9.19 seconds in the 60 hurdles...placed top-5 in the 4x400-meter and 4x200-meter relay at the Spartan Open (1/28) including a sixth place finish in the 4x200 at the Championships...earned top-10 finishes in the high jump and long jump as well...Outdoor: Competed in nine meets...logged five top-5 performances in the 100-meter hurdles...won the Loras Mid-Week meet and finished fourth at the Iowa Conference Championships (5/10-5/12)...set a season-best time of 14.83 seconds during the prelims at the Championships...earned three top-5 finishes in the long jump...leaped a season-best of 5.03 meters at the Mark Messersmith invite (5/4).

High School
A 2011 graduate of West Fork High School...coached by Mark Twedt and Jill Rowe...qualified for the drake relays as a sophomore, junior, and senior in the 100 hurdles, shuttle hurdle and 4x100 relay ... state qualifier in 12 events over four years... 3rd and 4th place respectively, junior and senior year in the 100 hurdles...two-time state champion and current record holder in the shuttle hurdle relay... lettered in track, softball, basketball, and volleyball. 

Personal
Born Aug. 7, 1993... Daughter of Rodney Fleshner and Lori Craighton...majoring in psychology with a minor in sociology/social work.
