Indoor: Competed in five meets...totaled three top-5 finishes...placed fifth in the 4x800-meter relay and fourth in the distance medley relay at the Iowa Conference Championships (2/28-3/1)...also posted career best indoor time for the 800 meters (2:26.91) over the same weekend.

2013 | junior
Indoor: Competed in five meets...earned six top-5 finishes including a fourth and fifth place in the 4x800-meter relay and the distance medley relay at the Iowa Conference Championships, respectively...posted a career-best indoor mile time of 5:41.81 at the Darren Young Invitational (2/9)...Outdoor: Competed in six meets...gained three top-5 finishes that included a career-best 800 time of 2:24.81 at the Central College Open (4/20)...participated in the Drake Relays (4/24-4/27) in the 4x400-meter relay. 

2012 | sophomore
Indoor: Competed in four meets...recorded two top-5 finishes...placed fourth in the 4x400-meter relay at the Hilltop Invite (2/4) and the Iowa Invitational (2/17)...Outdoor: Competed in five meets...finished fifth at the Iowa Conference Championships (5/12) in the 4x800-meter relay.
