Bio

Ben Robison enters his second year as an assistant cross country and track and field coach in 2011. Robison was the interim head cross country coach from June to August 2011. In track and field, he works primarily with distance runners.

A 2010 Simpson graduate, Robison was a three-year letterwinner in cross country and served as team captain his senior year. Along with running cross country, he specialized in the indoor 5,000 meters and the outdoor 3,000-meter steeplechase in track and field before injuries ended his career.

Robison graduated from Simpson with a bachelor's degree in physical education. He his currently pursing a master's of science in education at Drake University and is recognized as a USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach. Robison is single and resides outside of Indianola.
