2017 | junior season
Outdoor
• Qualified for nationals in the 110-meter hurdles for the third-straight year, placing 10th (14.76)
• Earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors for running the region's No. 1 time in the 110 hurdles (14.30)
• Named IIAC Track Performer of the Week after breaking Simpson's 26-year old record in the 110 hurdles (14.30) at the Musco Twilight in Iowa City, the third-fastest time in Division III at the time
• Did not compete in the IIAC Championships due to a hamstring injury after posting the fastest qualifying time in the 110 hurdles (15.30)
• Won the 110 hurdles at the Jim Duncan Invitational (4/15/17)
• Won both the 110 hurdles (14.69) and the 200 meters (22.66) at the Central Invite (4/1/17).

Indoor
• Qualified for nationals in the 60-meter hurdles, just missing All-America honors with a ninth-place finish (8.25)
• Qualified for nationals by running the 55 hurdles in 7.56 seconds to win the IIAC Championship
• Ran the second leg on the IIAC Champion 4x200-meter relay team, which set a school record (1:28.79) to win the event for the second-straight season
• Placed fourth in the 55 meters (6.58) and eighth in the 200 meters (22.90) at the IIAC Championship

2016 | sophomore season
Outdoor
• Earned All-America honors in the 110-meter hurdles, placing eighth (14.70)
• Became Simpson's first All-American in the 110 hurdles since 1991
• Qualified for nationals by running 14.37 at the Wis.-La Crosse National Qualifier, the No. 10 time in Division III
• Ran the second leg on Simpson's IIAC Champion 4x100-meter relay team, which set a school record (41.74)
• Also placed second in the 110 hurdles (14.41) and fifth in the 200 meters (22.03) at the IIACs
• Earned IIAC Track Performer of the Week honors on May 9 after running the 110 hurdles in 14.38 at Loras' Dr. Tucker Invitational, the No. 6 time in Division III
• Named IIAC Track Performer of the Week on April 10 after winning the 110 hurdles, 200 meters and 4x100 relay at the Cornell Invitational
• Earned IIAC Track Performer of the Week honors on April 5 after winning the 110 hurdles and the 4x100 relay at Coe Last Minute Invitational

Indoor
• Ran the second leg on the IIAC Champion 4x200-meter relay team, which set a school record (1:29.31)
• Earned All-IIAC honors with a third-place finish and a personal-best time in the 200 meters (22.62)
• Earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in the 60 hurdles
• Won the 60 hurdles at Grinnell's Darren Young Classic and at the Grinnell Invitational

2015 | freshman season
Outdoor
• Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 110 hurdles, placing 14th (14.83)
• Earned All-IIAC honors in the 100 meters and the 110 hurdles, placing second in both at the IIAC Outdoor Championships
• Ran a season-best 14.61 in the 110 hurdles at the UW-La Crosse Qualifier (5/15), the No. 4 effort in school history
• Won the 110 hurdles at the Spartan Twilight (5/1) and the Kip Janvrin Open (4/24)

Indoor
• Finished one spot out of All-IIAC recognition in the 60 hurdles, placing fourth at the IIAC Indoor Championships
• Placed ninth in the 60, 15th in the 200 and fourth in the 4x200
• Ran a season-best 8.33 in the 60 hurdles prelims at the UNI Dome Open (2/20), tying for the fourth-fastest time in school history
• Named IIAC Track Performer of the Week on Feb. 22
• Won the 60 hurdles at the Grinnell Darren Young Classic (2/14) and the Cornell Hilltop Invite (1/31).
