Leading Simpson softball to two NCAA Tournament appearances and an IIAC Championship, Kelsie Host Christensen '10 was a threat to opposing pitchers during her time in the batter's box for head coach Henry Christowski. The 2008 All-American was a three-time all-conference first team selection as the Storm won an average of 29 games each season.

Christensen still ranks first in triples (18), fourth in runs scored (100), sixth in batting average (.388) and eighth in hits (159) in program history. She was second in the conference in batting as a sophomore.
