Francis Lee returns for her third season as an assistant coach for the Simpson women's soccer team in 2023.

Lee currently serves as an assistant coach at Roosevelt High School and has held the position since 2020. She is also a coach for Sporting Iowa Soccer Club.

From 2018-19, Lee was the Female Soccer Development Director and Coach in the United States Virgin Islands. She designed and organized a six-week program, the first ever youth girls soccer league on the island. Lee coached the U15 and U17 USVI National Teams and also organized college showcase camps.

The Fort Dodge, Iowa native graduated from William Penn University with a degree in sports management and recreation. She was a two-time team captain and appeared in 66 career games with nine goals and seven assists. She obtained her master's degre in sport recreation and sports sciences with a coaching concentration from Ohio University.

Lee holds Grassroots (E) and D Licenses.
