Marquez earns conference soccer honors

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- Simpson women's soccer player Dani Marquez earned Honorable Mention All-American Rivers Conference honors for her performance during the 2018 season, as voted on by the league's head coaches.

Marquez brought home honorable mention honors for the second year in a row after scoring two goals and handing out two assists. The Storm finished 4-12 overall and 2-6 in the league under first-year head coach Jeremy Reinert.
