Latcham sets new top-ten mark in school history in the pole vault

GRINNELL, Iowa - Clarke Latcham pole vaulted his way into the top-ten marks in school history as his performance highlighted the action for Simpson at the Dick Young Invitational on Saturday.

MEET HIGHLIGHTS

  • Clarke Latcham's second place finish in the pole vault at 3.85m put him tied for eighth in school history in the event.
  • Jeret Petersen earned a bronze finish in the pole vault with his mark 3.25m.
  • Sydney McCarron finished eighth overall in the hammer with her best toss of 37.65m on the day.
