Who
Swimmers age 10-18 with at least two years of competitive swimming experience and are proficient in all four strokes

Cost (includes daily lunch at Pfeiffer Dining Hall on campus)
Commuter: $200
Resident: $350 (residents will stay in the Buxton Residence Hall on campus)

Typical Day
7:30 - 8:45 - Breakfast
9:00 - 11:00 - Stretch and training
11:30 - 12:30 - Lunch
1:00 - 2:00 - Free time
2:00 - 3:00 - Leadership, goal setting or nutrition talk and exercises
3:00 - 5:30 - Technique talk and training session
5:30 - 6:30 - Dinner
6:30 - 8:00 - Planned activities
8:00 - 10:00 - Free time
10:00 - Lights out
