The No. 8 highlight on our countdown looks at the memorable season put together by men's golfer, Trent Lindenman.
A junior from New Sharon, Iowa, Lindenman went on a tear that spanned both the fall and spring seasons. He won four tournaments throughout the year and posted four sub-70 rounds. His 74 average led the team and he closed the season with a second-straight all-Iowa Conference performance, tying for 10th at the IIAC Championship,
Lindenman was Simpson's Male Student-Athlete of the Month for September after winning three tournaments and posting a 72.1 average in eight rounds.
