The No. 5 highlight of the 2013-14 season is junior hurdler Bayley Fleshner's trip to the NCAA Championships.

After narrowling missing the field during the 2013 outdoor season and again during the 2014 indoor campaign, Fleshner finally broke onto the national list by running 14.43 in the 100 hurdles at the UW-LaCrosse NCAA Qualifier on May 15.

The second-place finisher at the IIAC Championships, Fleshner went on to place 20th at nationals, running 14.64.
