Three top-ten performances pace Storm at IIAC Championships

PELLA, Iowa -- The 4x800-meter relay team brought home a top-ten performance to lead the Simpson women's track and field team at the final day of the 2018 Iowa Conference Indoor Championships in Pella on Saturday.

Emily Buchheit, Audrey Klein, Mary Wood, and Courtney Neuendorf crossed the line in 10:13.14 to bring home a seventh-place finish.

The Storm posted a duo of eighth-place performances in running events. Neuendorf ran 5:21.63 in the mile and the 4x400-meter relay team of Katelyn Mangold, Elizabeth Burgus, Jaycie Owens, and Katie Clarke ran 4:23.66.

Kamryn Juni took tenth-place in the high jump clearing 4-feet, 10 1/2 inches.
