King advances on final day of ITA Midwest Regional

ST. PETER, Minn. -- Emily King picked up a win in the consolation bracket to highlight the Storm's final day at the ITA Midwest Regional Championships.

King started her day with a close 6-2, 7-6 (1) win over Ellie Bergstrand of St. Olaf, advancing to the quarterfinal round of the top half of the consolation bracket. There, she lost a tightly-contested 7-6 (3), 6-3 match to Wis.-Whitewater's Allie Miller.

Kayla Reusche lost to Wis.-La Crosse's Maura Anderson in her only match of the day.
