Bradley picks up 13th win in loss to Central

INDIANOLA, Iowa -- Megan Bradley picked up her 13th win of the season but Central topped the Simpson women's tennis team 6-3 Thursday in a non-conference contest at Buxton Tennis Complex.

Bradley beat Ashley Maley 6-3, 6-4 at No. 1 singles to improve to 13-9 on the season, the most singles win by a Simpson player since the 2011-12 season. 

Cassidy Bierbrodt earned a second singles win by retirement over Kari Grindberg at No. 2. The Storm (4-11) earned a win at No. 2 singles when Kelly Kuebler and Liz Nimmo topped Luarynn Mize and Sarah Behrens 8-3.

The Storm conclude the 2017-18 season next weekend against North Park and North Central (Ill.) on Saturday, April 21.
