Storm fall to Northwestern in spring opener

DES MOINES, Iowa -- The Simpson women's tennis team opened the spring season with an 8-1 loss to Northwestern (Iowa) at Drake's Roger Knapp Tennis Center on Friday afternoon.

Sarah Barry picked up the lone win for the Storm (3-8), beating Abby Petrick 6-4, 7-5 at No. 6 singles.
