INDIANOLA, Iowa - Ellie Bunz and conference frontrunner Luther defeated the Simpson women's soccer team 2-0 on Saturday.
Bunz scored both goals for the Norse (6-2-1, 2-0-0 IIAC), recording her seventh and eighth goals of the season.
Zoe Seiler recorded five saves for the Storm (1-7-3, 0-2-0), raising her total to 48, and putting her at the top of the Iowa Conference in average saves per game with 8.6.
Simpson's attack had a tough time with the Norse back line, managing just one shot attempt on the day.

The Storm travel to Pella on Tuesday for another IIAC matchup against rival Central. The Dutch (8-1-1) extedned their winning streak to eight games after a 1-0 win against Coe on Friday. Kickoff is set for 2 pm.
