Storm drop dual to Augustana
ROCK ISLAND, Ill. — Clayton Fenzl and Bailey Chyma picked up wins but the Storm suffered a 35-7 setback at Augustana (Ill.) on Thursday.
Fenzl earned a decision at 125 and Chyma earned his first win of the season with a major at 174 for the Storm (1-3), who competed for the first time in 12 days. Noah Robinson lost a narrow 5-3 decision at 184.
The Vikings (2-0) earned four bonus-point wins, including three pins, to remain undefeated.
Fenzl won his team-leading 10th match of the season with a 7-4 decision over Trenton Jackson, moving to 10-4 on the season. The freshman has now won six in a row.
Taking the mat for the first time this season, Chyma -- a freshman from Tama, Iowa -- beat Nick Torres 10-1.

The Storm travel to the Buena Vista Invitational in Storm Lake on Saturday. The tournament is set to start at 9 a.m.
