Wednesday’s softball doubleheader moved up one hour

INDIANOLA, Iowa — Wednesday's Iowa Conference softball doubleheader between Simpson and Wartburg at Simpson Softball Complex has been moved up to a 3 p.m. start in an effort to avoid early evening thunderstorms forecasted for Central Iowa.

The Knights (15-11, 3-3) are coming off a doubleheader split against Loras while the Storm (5-19, 0-6) are looking to snap a 10-game skid.
