Sunday's softball home-opener canceled
INDIANOLA, Iowa – The softball team's home debut will have to wait.
Simpson's doubleheader scheduled for Sunday, March 17 against St. Olaf has been canceled due to unplayable field conditions. The game will not be rescheduled.
The Storm are 17-3 on the year and ranked No. 18 in the latest National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Top 25 Poll.
Simpson is scheduled to face Westminster (Mo.) at home for a doubleheader on Tuesday, March 26 at 3 p.m.
