2024 | junior

• Collected two all-conference honors at the A-R-C Indoor Championships in the 4x400 meter relay (3:21.13) and the distance medley relay (10:15.22)
• Both times ranked in the top 10 in school history
• Ran a 35.79 in the 300 meters at the Iowa State Holiday Invite, the third-fastest time in school history
• Part of two 4x400 relay teams that won events on the year

2023 | junior

• Set career-bests in the indoor mile (4:33.65) and the outdoor 800 meters (2:12.93)

2022 | sophomore

• Set a career-best in the outdoor 3000 meters (8:50.05) at the Central Dutch Invite
• Part of the distance medley relay team that finished second at the Grinnell Invitational with a time of 10:57.60

2021 | freshman

• Won the outdoor 3000 meters in a time of 9:05.32 at the Central-NWU-Simpson Tri-Meet
• Set a career-best in the 5000 meters by running a 15:26.66 at the A-R-C Outdoor Championships

High School

• A 2020 graduate of West Central Valley High School
• Placed fourth as a senior and fifth as a junior at state in cross country
• Graduated with the school record in the mile
• Qualified for state in the 1,600 and 3,200 events as a junior
• Member of the National Honor Society

• Son of Dustin and Tricia Foster
• Has two siblings, Ashlynn and Hayden
• Majoring in physical education with a minor in biology and health and exercise science
