Storm fall to Wartburg

GRINNELL, Iowa -- The Simpson men's tennis team lost to Wartburg 8-1 at Grinnell Fieldhouse on Saturday.

Matt Turnley beat Grant Kincad 6-3, 6-1 at No. 5 singles to give the Storm (6-9, 0-3 Iowa Conference) their lone win. The match was originally scheduled to take place at Simpson but was moved due to the frigid temperatures.

Simpson will look to snap a six-game losing streak when it hosts Iowa Central CC on Wednesday, April 11 at 3:30 p.m.
