Bunting named A-R-C Player of the Week

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- Simpson running back Cam Bunting earned American Rivers Conference co-Offensive Player of the Week honors for the period ending Sunday, Oct. 21.

Bunting earned the award for his efforts in the Storm's 38-33 win over Loras on Saturday, Oct. 20.

Simpson (5-2, 4-1) travels to Luther on Saturday, Oct. 27.

• Ran for 102 yards in the first quarter alone

• The Storm offense ran a school-record 101 plays, the third-most in Division III in 2018
• Became the 12th Simpson player to run for 200 yards in a game while recording the most carries since 1998
