• Moved into role as starting punter for final four games after being slowed by injury to begin the season
• Made an immediate impact on special teams, earning honorable mention all-conference honors after leading the Iowa Conference and setting a school record with 46.8 yards per punt
• Helped Simpson rank sixth in the nation in net punting
• Totaled 1,122 yards on 24 punts, pinning opponents inside the 20 on 10 occasions
• Boomed seven punts of 50 yards or more, including a 70-yarder against Nebraska Wesleyan that is tied for the second-longest in school history
• Named IIAC Special Teams Player of the Week and earned a spot on the D3football.com Team of the Week after setting a school record with 52.7 yards per punt in season debut against Loras (10/22/2016)
• Named to the D3football.com Team of the Week for the second week in a row after averaging 49.0 yards per punt on nine attempts against Nebraska Wesleyan (10/29)
• Also pinned the Prairie Wolves inside the 20 five times, had three punts of 50-or-more yards and set a school record with 441 total yards
