Simpson/Wartburg series moved to Indianola
INDIANOLA, Iowa – The Iowa Conference baseball series between Simpson and Wartburg scheduled for Firday and Saturday, March 29-30 in Waverly has changed locations and will now be played in Indianola at Simpson's McBride Field.
Due to unplayable field conditions in Waverly, the four-game series moves to Indianola. The two teams are scheduled to play a 7- and 9-inning doubleheader on Friday beginning at 3:30 p.m. followed by another 7- and 9-inning doubleheader on Saturday beginning at 1 p.m.
This weekend marks the conference openers for both teams.
