Cedar Rapids, Iowa -- As all 18 men's and women's cross country squads from the American Rivers Conference prepare to descend on the Central College Cross Country Course in Pella, Iowa for the running of the 2020 championships Saturday, November 7, the conference announced its spectator policy for the event.
Event management will limit spectators to 2 (two) per runner that is entered in the meet. Those admitted spectators shall be designated with wristbands, provided at the course entrance on the afternoon of the meet. The pick-up area for the wristbands is at the top of the Fifield Road side of the course (spectator parking is off Fifield Road). A plateau overlooks the course and also serves as the tee box for Central College's golf driving range. Table workers from Central College will staff the tee-box area.
All spectators, staff, and officials shall be required to wear face coverings at all times.
THOSE THAT DO NOT HAVE WRISTBANDS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE COURSE. The participating schools ask you to respect this policy as Central College and A-R-C office personnel strive to conduct an event that protects the athletes, coaches, and staff. The women's 6,000-meter race will take the starter's gun first at 2:00 p.m., followed by the men's 8,000-meter race at 3:00 p.m.

Venue Directions (GPS > 1807 Fifield Road, Pella):
There will be two designated parking areas off Fifield Road. Depending on which direction you're traveling Fifield with be either a left or right turn off Washington Street. Parking attendants will guide you into the lots and also can give you directions on how to get to the tee-box area for wristband pick-up.
