Bio
Carrie Schroeder Steffen was a two-sport athlete for Simpson, lettering in both volleyball and track. She was an indoor All-American track runner placing 6th in the 4x400 relay. She was also a two-time outdoor All-American placing 5th in the 4x400 relay in 1993, and placed 6th in the heptathlon and was Conference MVP in 1995.
