What are your primary responsibilities?

My responsibilities are to assist in reinforcing the technique that each athlete is learning. I make sure that they are doing things properly and answer question on reps, sets, technique, anything that the athletes don't understand. I help with beginning freshmen all the way up to incoming seniors.

How does this position help with your career goals?

This position has helped me to learn from one of the top ranked Strength and Conditioning coaches in the country, which will help me when I am teaching P.E. strength and also coaching in my own weight programs.

How has your experience as a student-athlete been helpful in this position?

As a Student-Athlete, I have been in a weight room for many years so I understood simple concepts of the weight room which makes it easier to spot and correct bad technique.
