Schedule Changes: April 1-3

Due to some chilly, breezy conditions, many of the spring sports slated to compete the weekend of April 1-3 have had their schedules altered. Here's a rundown of how the weekend will look.

Baseball
The Storm's four-game home set against Wartburg has been pushed back a day to Saturday/Sunday. The teams will play a doubleheader beginning at 2 p.m. Saturday and finish with a doubleheader starting at 1 p.m. Sunday.

Track & Field
With the cancellation of the Central Invitational (Saturday), the Storm will travel to Cedar Rapids to compete in the Last Minute Invite at Coe on Sunday. Field events begin at 11 a.m. with track events set to get underway at 11:30 a.m. The event marks the first outdoor competition of the season following two cancellations.

Men's Golf
While baseball and track were adjusting/postponing their competitions, the men's golf team added an event to the schedule. Following their regularly scheduled trip to the Illinois Wesleyan Invitational on Friday/Saturday, the Storm will compete in a triangular with Luther and Coe at Finkbine in Iowa City on Sunday. Start time is set for 11 a.m. 

Men's and Women's Tennis
Only the men's and women's tennis teams will play as scheduled this weekend. The men host Wartburg (9 a.m.) and Northwestern-Minn. (3 p.m.) in the home opener Saturday at Buxton Tennis Complex. The women play the same opponents at the same time, but will compete at Indianola Middle School.
