Simpson Softball Camps

Simpson College invites you to participate in their fall leagues and winter camps and clinics on the Simpson College campus.

2012 Simpson Softball Winter Hitting League (updated 9/27/2011)

Dates: Last four Sundays in January (Jan. 8, 15, 22, 29)

Cost: $80 per player
     - Each time slot will have a maximum of 15 players
     - Coach to player ratio will be at elast 5:1 during instruction portion of league
     - Time slots are first come, first serve.

About the League: Time slots are in one-hour increments from 10-Noon for newcomers to the league and 2-5 for returners. Each player chooses a preferred slot and will receive a confirmation via email.

Available Time Slots
Hitting League 1 (Newcomers): 10-11 a.m., 11 a.m.-12 Noon, 12-1 p.m. 
Hitting League 2 (Returners) 2-3 p.m., 3-4 p.m., 4-5 p.m., 5-6 p.m.

2011 Fall Clinic League (updated 6/24/11)

Dates: Sunday September 11, 18, 25 and October 2 (Sunday October 9 will be used as rain date).

Schedule: September 11 Clinic Day Instruction
September 13 All Teams two games
September 25 All Teams two games
October 2 All teams two games

For: Softball Fall League for players in grades 8th through 12th during the 2010-11 school year.

Registration will close August 22 or sooner if Clinic is filled.

Players will be registered by position with each twelve member team having at least two pitcher and two catchers in addition to eight other position players. Pitchers and catchers may play other positions when not serving as “pitchers or catchers." Players should list their position preferences as first, second and third. Assignments will be made using this information. If we are unable to place you in any of the three indicated positions, your registration will be returned. Individual registration fee is $125. Make checks payable to Simpson Softball.

Team Registration: A team of twelve players may register as a group for $110 dollars each. All registrations must be received at the same time. Teams will be Coached by Simpson Softball players with assistance from the College Coaching staff.
